Most recently, as a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Heinrich secured su stanley thermos bstantial federal funding to combat the fentanyl crisis, as well as report language to establish the creation of a comprehensive fentanyl tracking system and to remove barriers to stanley cup access for opioid use disorder medications.Heinrich is a cosponsor of the FEND Off Fentanyl Act, bipartisan legislation that targets the fentanyl crisis by wielding our countrys economic tools against transnational criminal organizations. GORDONLos Alamos Daily PostThe Los Alamos Community Winds will present its third annual Holiday Prism Concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14 at White Rock Baptist Church. The idea of a prism concert, presenting continuous music in the round, began at the Eastman School of Music about 40 years ago, Winds Musical and Artistic Director Ted Vives said. This is a unique way to showcase a lot of talent, Vives said.Like light through a prism is separated into different colors that shoot out everywhere, the audience will be surrounded by sound for about an hour as various solo stanley hrnek ists and ensembles are showcased. The connecting theme is the winter holidays. White Rock Baptist Church has been lavishly decorated for the holidays, including two huge Christmas trees, making the concert venue perfect for the music being presented.The Winds will begin and end the concert with three medleys of holiday music, Leroy Andersons Sleigh Ride and Christmas Festival and A Fireside Christmas arranged by Sammy Nestico.The music will move in a circle around the church as the next musicians take up where the previous ones left off.
